CS 0004 - INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTER PROGRAMMING-BASICMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This is a first course in computer science. It is designed to be of special interest to students majoring in one of the social sciences or humanities. Objectives of this course include use of the computer in an interactive environment; problem analysis and the development of algorithms; learning the basic language; designing; coding; and documenting programs using techniques of good programming style.
