BIOSC 1102 - TOPICS IN BIOLOGICAL RESEARCHMinimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course focuses on the techniques of basic research in the biological sciences and provides an introduction to experimental design. Each student conducts a literature search and develops a research proposal to be conducted in the laboratory or in the field. The goal of this course is to prepare students for undergraduate research as well as research assistant positions and graduate programs.
