ANTH 0330 - ANTHRPLGCL MYTHS & REALITYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines the mysteries, myths, controversies, and frauds of anthropology. Topics covered consist of who discovered America?" And "where did the Indians come from?"; The lost continent, Atlantis, evidence for prehistoric visitors and outer space contact, the evolution of humans (who is bigfoot?); And "what is Stonehenge?" The course includes a basic review of the scientific method and archaeological techniques to facilitate discussion of the above topics and to encourage objective analysis of anthropological data."
